Description: This property which was new in May of 2012 has been undergoing major repairs since September 2013. The grounds are a mess. A scaffold was located outside my master bedroom window for three months. No recompanse from the property manger except a $50 gift card ... its ridiculous
The Woodside Apartments, a "luxury" building was new as of May 2012. For the last 5 months however it has been undergoing major repairs and the property manager, Compass Realty has done little to reimburse ($50 gift card) tenants for the noise, dirt or inconvenience. See pictures attached, click on the picture to zoom. Note the scaffolding shown from my balcony was in front of my master bedroom window for 3 months
