Description: This property which was new in May of 2012 has been undergoing major repairs since September 2013. The grounds are a mess. A scaffold was located outside my master bedroom window for three months. No recompanse from the property manger except a $50 gift card ... its ridiculous

The Woodside Apartments, a "luxury" building was new as of May 2012. For the last 5 months however it has been undergoing major repairs and the property manager, Compass Realty has done little to reimburse ($50 gift card) tenants for the noise, dirt or inconvenience. See pictures attached, click on the picture to zoom. Note the scaffolding shown from my balcony was in front of my master bedroom window for 3 months :'(.

How To Use

Getting Started by VeloRider


1. Click on "Create a New Review" on the navigation menu, (No Registration Necessary). A new review form is displayed.

2. In the "Subject" field enter the name of the property you are reviewing.

3. Move to the main text window and enter the pertinent information for the property.  Note all info is required with the exception of the Property Manager.

4. If you wish to include a picture in your post click on the "add attachement button" and select the pictures to be displayed, or if the picture already exists somewhere on the web, click on the add image button in the "Thread" Menu.

5. If you include  a photo of the property I will create a seperate thread for the specific property with a link to it in google maps to make it easier to find and I will feature it on the sites home page.
